The Particular Industry with Local Characteristic
雄县特色产业唱主角
The number of private enterprises in Xiongxian has reached 15,000, and annual output value of the four leading industries in Xiongxian, including plastic packaging, tanning, latex products, wire and cable products, accounts for 65% of the county's private economic output value.
雄县民营经济组织达1.5万家，塑料包装、压延制革、乳胶制品和电线电缆，四大主导产业年产值占全县民营经济总产值的65%。
As early as the 1980s, Xiongxian was listed as one of the 30 most prosperous counties in Hebei Province due to its private economy. Xiongxian was named as “China’s plastic packaging industry base” by China Plastics Processing Industry Association in 2008, it’s also one of the largest oil producing counties in North China Oilfield, and it’s also known as "land of Chinese hot springs" and "China's first balloon village".
早在上世纪80年代，雄县民营经济就进入了省30强行列，不仅在2008年被中国塑料加工工业协会命名为“中国塑料包装产业基地”，它还是华北油田最大的产油县之一，拥有“中国温泉之乡”的美誉，被称为“中国气球第一村”。
After the establishment of Xiongan New Area, now Xiongxian stood at the crossroads of industrial transformation and upgrading. In this year's "Government Work Report of Xiongxian", "science and technology", "reform", "ecology" and other key words were mentioned many times. The report also set up goals, such as adding 2 new high-tech enterprise, 50 small and medium enterprises of science and technology, and 5"little giant" in science and technology in this year.
雄安新区的设立，让雄县站在了产业转型升级的十字路口。今年的雄县《政府工作报告》中，多次提到“科技”、“改革”、“生态”等关键字眼。提出力争年内新增高新技术企业2家，科技型中小企业50家、科技“小巨人”企业5家。
In the field of agriculture and industry, Xiongxian aims to build a “Smart, Ecological, and Circular Agricultural Demonstration Park” featuring “geothermal energy, internet, and agriculture”. Xiongxian also set up the goal to build “advanced manufacturing and strategic emerging industrial base”, and promote the upgrading of traditional industries.
在农业工业方面，要打造具有“地热+互联网+农业”特色的“智慧生态循环农业示范园区”，以打造“先进制造业和战略性新兴产业基地”为目标，推动传统产业上档升级。
In addition, Xiongxian also aims to accelerate industrial transfer from Beijing and Tianjin, and mainly focus on central SOEs, well-known private enterprises, the World's Top 500, and China’s Top 500. It also takes the introduction of high value-added, high taxes projects as the main objective,and tries to introduce 1-2 major industrial projects.
此外，雄县将瞄准承接京津产业转移，把央企、知名民企、世界500强、国内500强作为主攻方向，把引进高附加值、高税收项目作为主要目标，力争年内引进有带动能力的重大产业项目1~2个。
